"My favorite part is that every day is different and I don’t know what I’m coming into. I get to do different things than just being stuck doing one thing. One day I’m doing the desk, one day I’m downstairs - learning all the positions there are. No matter what’s going on, you can see the closeness within the coworkers. They all wanna kill each other but they also got each others’ backs. It’s kind of cool to see that. I get to do a lot of interaction with the students. I wish we did more. When the students start to miss their families they want to get attached more than others." - Johanna, TD
