Created for Change
The Yale College Council (YCC) was established in 1972 under the leadership of founding Chair Floyd Bradley.
In its early years, YCC spearheaded the push for online course evaluations, implemented financial aid reform, and fostered intra-Ivy relationship by facilitating the creation of the Ivy Council. YCC soon after merged with YSAC (Yale Student Activities Committee) to collaboratively serve the undergraduate population through both policy and event planning.
The YCC is made up of a diverse group of representatives from across the Yale undergraduate population. YCC members come from all backgrounds and study a variety of topics, but they are all invested in making Yale a better place.
If you see a YCC member, say “hi”, they are always open to hearing your thoughts!
