The Capital Equipment Program is designed, administered, and funded by the Undergraduate Organizations Committee. This program provides registered student groups with equipment, such as PA/DJ Sound Systems and microphones, for use on campus. This program is offered at no cost to student organizations. It is imperative that students who rent out capital equipment from the UOC return all equipment on time and in good condition so as to allow fellow undergraduates to benefit from the program. Late fees and replacement costs will be charged to the individuals (not the organizations) that are unable to comply with the rental regulations.

All Equipment Rentals will take place from Bingham Hall Room 003 (on Old Campus). Students may enter through Entryway D, descend to the basement and find room 003. The Capital Equipment is only open while classes are in session. It is closed for Reading and Exam Periods.
Equipment may be picked up and dropped off during the following hours of operation (note that hours are different on Thursdays):
- Monday: 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Wednesday: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Thursday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m..
- Friday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Sunday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
